Potential For US Cooperation

Turkmen President Kurbanguly Berdymukhamedov stated once again at a government meeting on May 14 that he believed Turkmenistan was ready for the establishment of opposition parties. Berdymukhamedov also indicated that the new party would be an agrarian-based party.
