Roghun Dam Still Contentious
May 2010 | Ratings UpdateUzbek-Tajik relations continue to suffer as a result of the latter's planned construction of the Roghun hydroelectric power plant, with Uzbek authorities claiming that the pollution effects of the plant would be significant for the Central Asian region.
