The government of Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic survived a no-confidence motion on April 14. Forty seven out of 81 MPs voted against the motion, which if passed, would have led to early parliamentary elections. The opposition Movement For Change put forth the vote, claiming that the government should step down due to an unsatisfactory security situation and the ongoing inability of state institutions to fight organized crime.
