Heading To The Picket Line

A group of Albanian miners went on strike on February 20, demanding that the government of Prime Minister Sali Berisha provide higher pensions, and lower the retirement age to 50 instead of 60. The protest began outside the offices of the prime minister, and led to slight clashes between demonstrators and police officers.
