Parliamentary Elections Expected In H210

Moldova's parliament failed to reach the necessary 61 votes required to elect a president on December 7. Having now failed twice in reaching a consensus, we believe parliament will be dissolved, leading to new elections in H110. As such, we highlight that policy paralysis will likely be the order of the day at least until new parliamentary elections take place, thus putting essential economic and political reforms on the back seat for now.
