Reforms Bode Well For Foreign Investment

We have been encouraged by the Kyrgyz government's concerted efforts to improve the country's business environment and we expect this to pay dividends in the form of increased foreign investment going forward. However, we caution that a structural increase in foreign direct investment will be limited to the extent that the government is able to stem widespread corruption.
