Reform Brings Rewards

The country ranks 6th on the list of top reformers. BMI View: Simplification of the regulatory regime and institutional improvements offer a significant boost to growth prospects, while allowing the government to focus resources on human development, rather than administration. However, the size of Lithuania’s informal economy indicates that significant flaws remain.
