Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have each had their long-term foreign currency ratings raised by agency Fitch, in view of their progress toward entry into the eurozone. Estonia’s long-term foreign currency rating was raised from A-minus to A, Lithuania’s from BBB-plus to A-minus and Latvia’s from BBB-plus to A-minus.
