War Crimes Suspect Arrested

Stojan Zuplijanin, former head of the Bosnian Serb security forces was captured on the outskirts of Belgrade on June 11. Both the UN tribunal in the Hague and the European Union have welcomed the arrest of Zuplijanin, who is wanted for alleged atrocities against Bosnian Muslims and Croats during the 1992-1995 Yugoslav War.
