May 2008 | Ratings UpdateIn a deal likely to bolster frosty relations between Russia and the US, a civilian nuclear cooperation pact is expected to be signed in Moscow on May 6. William Burns, the US Ambassador to Russia, and the chief of Russian state nuclear corporation Rosatom, Sergei Kiriyenko, are to be the signees of the deal.
