OSCE Calls For A Renewal Of Talks

The OSCE has called for a renewal of talks between Moldova and the separatist region of Transdniestria; talks between the two parties broke down 18 months ago. The Moldovan President, Vladimir Voronin, has recently proposed the creation of a joint army with Transdniestria, specifically focused on international peacekeeping.
