September 2007 | Risk SummaryThe government continues to come under criticism from opposition parties for its handling of energy and water supply, as well as its management of the agricultural sector. There has been suggestions from some minor opposition parties that a government of national unity should be created, but the current Democratic Party-led administration has brushed these aside claiming a strong mandate to govern. The cabinet is currently half way through its four year term, and a change in the government's make-up is unlikely.
