DPS Still Ahead In The Polls

The ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) is continuing to lead the opinion polls on 34%. While this is a positive development for the current coalition government, policy differences remain in place. The privatisation of the Pljevlja power plant, and a 31.1% stake in a coal mine have been halted amid a lack of support for the DPS initiative, which would have resulted in EUR324mn of investments from the Russian En Plus group.
