The country's unstable coalition government continues to pose a considerable risk to the administration's policy-making capacity and policy continuity. That said, Poland fares significantly better in our long-term ratings, achieving an impressive score of 82.4 and coming in at 2nd place. This is because the country benefits from a well-established political system, relatively high levels of social equality and only limited external constraints.
