Further Rate Hikes Ahead
June 2007 | Economic AnalysisIn line with our view, the Czech National Bank (CNB) hiked its benchmark rate to 2.75% on May 31. On the back of a potential build up in inflationary pressures, we expect that the central bank will implement a further 25bps rise in H207, with upside risks of a potential third hike.
