November 2006 | Economic AnalysisBMI View: The latest IMF report on the Czech Republic acknowledges the favourable economic conditions and short-term outlook, though emphasises the need to implement the fiscal reforms required for long-term stability. Unfortunately, political problems make this seem unlikely, though sound monetary policy should keep inflationary risks at bay going forward.
