July 2006 | Ratings UpdateIn true Ukrainian style, the three Orange parties in June clinched a coalition agreement after three months of negotiations, and on the day of the constitutional deadline. The coalition should now have a further 30 days in which to form a cabinet, but this process is being held up by the main opposition party - and election winner - the Party of Regions, which is blocking a vote on prime minister designate Yulia Tymoshenko in protest at its proposed share of parliamentary posts.
