November 2012 | Macroeconomic ForecastsBMI View: Slovenia's current account balance slipped back into deficit in August, after five consecutive quarters of positive readings. At just EUR30.4mn, the shortfall is not sufficient to suggest that the country will run a full-year current account deficit, but it does place downside risks to our EUR0.43bn full-year surplus forecast. Should September's reading show another deficit, we may be encouraged to revise down our surplus forecasts for 2012 and 2013.
