Estonia's statistics office has reported a slight drop in the annual inflation rate to 4.2% in November, compared with 4.4% in October. However, the country's consumer price index jumped by 0.1% on a monthly basis in November, compared with a 0.1% decline in October. Estonia's finance ministry is expecting inflation to reach 4.9% in 2011 and 2.8% in 2012. We forecast CPI growth to average 5.3% in 2011 before falling back to 3.5% in 2012 as economic growth slows.
