Former President and leader of the centre-right coalition party Zatlers' Reform Party (ZRP), Valdis Zatlers, has reportedly been recorded predicting the fall of the government. The recording, which was allegedly made at a meeting of party leaders in Latvia, reportedly has Zatlers laying out potential compositions of the next government. The key concern is that upcoming elections in Russia could have the effect of riling up nationalist sentiment amongst the ethnic Russian population.
