Two Belarusians, Dmitry Konovalov and Vladislav Kovalyov, who have been charged with planning a bomb blast on the underground system in the capital Minsk in April that left 15 people dead , are now facing the death penalty after a state prosecutor requested capital punishment as he was addressing the court. The two individuals have also been linked by officials from the justice department to previous blasts.
