Both domestic and global headwinds in Bosnia have been mounting of late. The ongoing political crisis has started to undermine confidence and stem the flow of foreign funds into the economy - both from the IMF and in the form of foreign direct investment. In addition, a slowdown in the eurozone could eat away at the impressive gains seen thus far in the export sector. On the back of these developments, we have revised down 2011 and 2012 growth to 1.9% and 2.8% respectively from 3.9% and 5.1% previously.
