HICP To Moderate In H211

We hold to our forecast for Slovakia's consumer price inflation (HICP) to moderate in H211 and average 3.7% this year, with recent data from the Slovak Statistical Office (SSO) demonstrating that the moderation in consumer prices is well underway. Indeed, imported price pressures continue to moderate, and we expect continued fiscal austerity measures to weigh on domestic demand this year, attenuating demand-pull price pressures.
