Inflation To Ease On

Although inflation has come off its highs of over 5% y-o-y earlier in the year, we expect price pressures to remain elevated for the rest of the year, and hold to our forecast of 4.5% in 2011. Inflation should ease somewhat in subsequent years, despite accelerating growth, though remain uncomfortably high throughout the forecast period.
