August 2011 | Risk SummaryPolice in the Czech Republic have discovered an alleged terrorist cell in Prague accused of helping to prepare terrorist attacks in the North Caucasus. Police detained nine suspects - one woman and eight men - who are citizens of Bulgaria and the North Caucasus.
