Political Crisis To Rumble On

Our core view that little momentum or political will exists to dislodge the parliamentary deadlock that has roiled Albania since parliamentary elections in 2009 remains firmly in play and at this juncture we expect the crisis to carry on for the foreseeable future. The on-going political ructions will increasingly weighing on Albania's reform drive and faltering EU membership aspirations, in our view.
