Anti-Corruption Bill No Game Changer

We believe that corruption is set to remain a major impediment to an improvement in Ukraine's investment climate over the medium term, even following an anti-corruption bill passed on February 18. Going forward, while we note the opportunity for progress, we expect that lacklustre implementation may prevent material gains being made in combating graft and other rent-seeking behaviour.
