Further Post-Election Set Backs

An attempt to create a parliamentary bloc in Bosnia's Muslim-Croat Federation, and the subsequent appointment of a new government, has been declared illegal by the election commission. This has provided yet another setback to forming a central government following the October parliamentary and presidential elections. Unless a resolution is reached in the near term, we warn that there are elevated risks of early election and a widening fiscal deficit.
